I know it's terrible but I like assholes better than nice people. The thing about people that are nice is that you are always wondering if they have ulterior motives. I don't mean randoms holding open doors or warning you about puddles. There are those people who seem so constantly and genuinely nice that it is frightening. You don't mean to question them. Really. Taking them at face value would be great but you just can't. There is that constant wonder at how they manage to control all those horrible little emotions that affect you. And that's just it, I have ulterior motives so doesn't everyone else?
