Pros-little kids, more money, more therapy, different experiences, aggressions seem different
Cons-can't work with my kids(maybe relief), more travelling, leaving a work place with people I like, leaving senior position
I just don't know what wins. Part of me hopes I get this and part of me hopes they don't call me back. Maybe I need this change.
